Work

Each company grew out of the one before: a service revealed a problem, the problem became a platform, and the platform pointed to the next product.

Companies

Sommer

Sommer began in 2017 as a design studio, serving companies across industries with brands, print, websites and social media. That same year, it took on its first clinical laboratory.

In 2019, I decided to focus the agency on a single industry, with thousands of companies and almost no dedicated agencies. Specialization made Sommer a reference in the segment, with more than 200 clients served and Google Partner certification.

Today the agency combines branding and performance marketing, and it is the foundation Clube do Lab and Leevy grew from.

Clube do Lab

Clube do Lab came from a need that kept showing up at the agency: smaller companies needed consistent marketing but had neither the team nor the budget for a full-service agency.

Launched in 2021 as a lean service, the model was validated with real clients before any investment in software. In 2024 it became a subscription platform and, in 2025, moved to an in-house technology team.

Today it brings together branded content for each client, a page builder, a CRM and an AI image studio.

Leevy

Leevy closes a loop I watched for years at the agency: companies invested in advertising without being able to measure how much of it turned into sales.

The seed came in 2020, with the first online store built for a client to sell medical tests. In 2025 we began designing the platform, which launched in April 2026.

It brings catalog, scheduling, payment and measurement together, with artificial intelligence that reads medical prescriptions and assists patients.

Other projects

LabAzul

I was part of LabAzul from the very beginning, alongside the founder. For five years, I was his right hand in building the business.

Together we created Método Azul, a course for laboratory managers that grew into a community of more than 900 students, from owners to managers. Over the years came more than ten launches and several standalone courses to train laboratory staff.

Behind the scenes, I took care of marketing: positioning, brand, launches and content production. We also stood side by side at many industry conferences.

A school in how education and community build trust and create businesses that last.

ViverlaVida

An independent travel content project, started in 2022, that grew into a small digital business.

I developed its own products: a course on trip planning, a photography preset pack and a community sharing flight deals.

It served as a personal testing ground for what I apply in the companies: audience, content, funnel and product.
